For work or play, the villa has a dedicated entertainment room with flat screen satellite TV and DVD, a study with panoramic sea views and Wi-Fi internet throughout. A large sofa fronts the pool deck, and the outdoor dining area offers seating for 10 with a backdrop of tropical splendor. This well appointed villa comes with live-in staff in separate quarters, a chef's kitchen (with a personal Thai Chef on request), a BBQ area and private parking.

Bedroom 2:
Master suite with king size bed, built-in storage, cool stone flooring, black-out curtains, air-conditioned plus ceiling fans, lower level terrace with built in sofa and views over the front lawn towards the hills and bay beyond .
Walk around bathroom with twin raised washbasins, huge mirror and raised bath tub.
Separate walk-in, black tiled wet room with shower and separate toilet.

Bedroom 3:
Guest bedroom on lower level with king size bed and sliding doors onto large terrace overlooking lawn. Air conditioned and ceiling fan, recessed lighting and leather back boards.
Open bathroom leads off from bedroom area with free standing tub, washbasin and separate black-tiled  wet room with shower and toilet.

Bedroom 4:  
Mirrors Bedroom 3 - king size bed and sliding doors onto large terrace overlooking lawn. Air conditioned and ceiling fan, recessed lighting and leather accessories.
Open bathroom leads off from bedroom area with free standing tub, washbasin and separate wet room with shower and toilet.

Bedroom 5:
The office/study can also be used as a an extra bedroom. It is ideally suited to children as it includes a built-in sofa/bed.

Cancellations: If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, WRMC must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
